HP48 & HP49 Programming tips

Simple programs can be created using the calculator's keyboard, however programs can be written using any ASCII text editor on a PC and then downloaded to the calculator. There is an excellent collection of resources available to surveyors who wish to develop their own programs. Programming the HP48 and HP49 is in fact very similar in principle to the HP41/42 using the same RPN style.
